Story of Los Angeles
The municipality of Los Angeles was founded by the Spanish governor of California, Felipe de Neve, on September 4th, 1781. At that time, livestock breeding was still done mainly there.
The name Los Angeles comes from the Spanish and indicates the angels.
During the Mexican American war between 1846 and 1848 Los Angeles was affiliated by U.S. soldiers occupied and the USA.
