Nagoya is a port and capital of the prefecture Aichi on Honshu at the Pacific. Nagoya has approximately 2.0 m. inhabitants and an airport.
Nagoya is the third largest Japanese industrial center to Tokyo and Osaka and confessed Nagoya Grampus Eight sportingly mainly by the football club.
The town was already known to Owari in the Middle Ages as a trade center and main place of the province. Oda Nobunaga became 1534 bornly in the castle Nagono, predecessor of the castle Nagoya.
